About Sarah
Sarah is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) and Integrative and Functional Nutrition Certified Practitioner (IFNCP) with over 7 years of experience helping individuals acquire the evidence-based knowledge, skills and support they need in order to permanently reverse prediabetes, PCOS and all other issues rooted in insulin resistance.
Sarah enjoys partnering with those who feel stuck. She provides guidance for those struggling with complex problems as well as accountability when applying solutions. She aims to address root causes rather than symptoms so individuals can enjoy greater health and restored confidence, becoming the best version of themselves.
After spending several years providing medical nutrition therapy in a hospital setting, and seeing so much unmet need and too-little-too late interventions, Sarah started her own private nutrition coaching practice with a mission to empower individuals in their disease prevention efforts.
She is passionate about her mission and is deeply invested in the success of her clients.

How much time each week will the program require?
The program does not follow a strict time-line and is designed to be a self-paced journey. That said, it lasts 12-weeks, and most clients will spend about 1-1.5 hours per week working on following meal plans, completing curriculum modules and participating in coaching check-ins with Sarah.
Do you offer a money back guarantee?
