Sarah is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) and Integrative and Functional Nutrition Certified Practitioner (IFNCP) with over 7 years of experience helping individuals acquire the evidence-based knowledge, skills and support they need in order to permanently reverse prediabetes, PCOS and all other issues rooted in insulin resistance.

Sarah enjoys partnering with those who feel stuck. She provides guidance for those struggling with complex problems as well as accountability when applying solutions.
